This paper investigates the effects of lattice defects on the hysteresis and ferromagnetic resonance behavior of magnetic antidot arrays. The analysis is performed by means of a micromagnetic numerical approach based on the solution of the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. Some results demonstrating the possible use of magnetic antidot arrays in frequency-based sensors for magnetic bead detection are finally provided.

Abstract
This paper investigates the effects of lattice defects on the hysteresis and ferromagnetic resonance behavior of magnetic antidot arrays. The analysis is performed by means of a micromagnetic numerical approach based on the solution of the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. Some results demonstrating the possible use of magnetic antidot arrays in frequency-based sensors for magnetic bead detection are finally provided.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
