A new approach, based on the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) technique, is proposed to tackle the problem of adaptive detection of suspected outliers in dynamic measurements. Modelling and analysis are presented and discussed with application to in-process metrology, focusing on adaptive monitoring and control systems.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
