In this technical report we will describe the project and construc- tion of the new Calorimetric Thermal Voltage Converter which will be used in the INRiM High Frequency Laboratory to extend the metro- logical capabilities in the power measurements field. In fact the mi- crocalorimetric technique used until now is limited in accuracy below 10 MHz, because, under this frequency value, the noise covers the sig- nals to be detected. With a CTVC we will measure an HF Power through an RF Voltage measurement, using higher power levels which will be more efficiently measurable.
