INRIM participates in an international comparison exercise to verify the compatibility among different National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) of scattering parameters (S-parameters) measurement results. INRIM is only a participant and not the pilot laboratory of the comparison, for this reason the aim of this technical report is to describe the characteristic of the comparison itself and detail the measurement techniques adopted by INRIM in the evaluation of the results and their uncertainties.
